Refunds/Exchanges
Busy Birdies Studio offers refunds and/or exchanges within 30 days from purchase. After 30 days, Busy Birdies Studio cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Busy Birdies Studio will exchange items if they are defective or damaged during shipment. Please note that we may not be able to offer the same pattern/color of the product you originally purchased.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Product(s) with obvious signs of use
- Any product that is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, Busy Birdies Studio will notify you regarding the status of your refund request.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your refund to be applied to your original method of payment.
Gift Returns and Exchanges
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you’ll receive a coupon code via email that you can use towards a purchase in the Busy Birdies Studio online shop.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, please contact us to arrange a return/exchange.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Busy Birdies Studio strongly recommends adding order tracking to your product return. Return orders over $50.00 in value should include insurance.
Repair Services
If stitching has come loose on your Busy Birdies Studio product through normal use, you may return it for free repair within a three (3) month period from the date of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to Busy Birdies Studio for repair services.

- product name
- original order number
